elvis achieves IPA CPD Platinum Accreditation in recognition of sustained CPD excellence
elvis has achieved IPA CPD Platinum Accreditation in recognition of sustained CPD excellence.
elvis is one of only 20 agencies to have achieved Platinum Accreditation this year. The accolade is awarded to agencies earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period.
The IPA CPD Gold scheme recognises and rewards agencies which demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry and enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.
In order to receive accreditation, elvis was asked to submit a paper demonstrating how it has fostered a CPD culture, placing the programme at heart of its business, with development opportunities available to everyone, a comprehensive induction and appraisal system, and every employee completing a minimum of 24 CPD hours per year. The agency also had to show how CPD contributed to its business goals, and to outline the motivational and creative initiatives it has in place to encourage CPD participation.
IPA CPD Gold and Platinum agencies will be celebrated at an event on the 28th May.
